Managing a large group of 250 travellers with varying needs, securing flights and accommodation blocks during a high-demand period, and coordinating transfers. This included arranging 21 minibuses to pick up the group at the same time. We prepared for in-resort emergencies such as illness, injuries, or flight disruptions.
There were also several unexpected hurdles, including lightning storms causing fallen trees on rental cars, villa leaks, and car accidents! We overcame these by acting quickly on the ground, reallocating transport, arranging alternative accommodation where needed, and keeping the client and travellers informed at every step.
